Since 1985 Saenz Medical Pharmacy has grown from one store in Penitas Texas to the Valley's largest independent pharmacy chain. Now with seven locations, Saenz Medical Pharmacy is the leader in prescription and medical equipment services.

Where we’re located
We have seven convenient Hidalgo County locations in McAllen, Edinburg, Mission and Peñitas Texas. All of our locations are in a medical complex so you can easily pick up your prescriptions after leaving your doctor's office.

Durable Medical Equipment Specialists
Do you need medical supplies for home care? Are you having difficult time locating equipment? Do you need help finding what you need and getting it set up in your home?
A Durable Medical Specialist is available at Saenz Pharmacy to assist you in finding those hard to find items, as well as coordinating the delivery or pick up of what you need.
We supply wheelchairs, walkers, transfer benches, canes, diabetic supplies, diabetic shoes, blood pressure monitors, incontinence supplies, bathroom articles, hospital beds, oxygen, CPAP's, nebulizers, and much more!

Through compounding, we can actually work with your doctor to monitor and adjust the strength of your medication, and can in some cases limit the extent of side effects.
